Corporate luminaries including Ayo Olaseinde, Global President of Saladmaster, and Pidoy & Ting Pacis, Senior VPs of Saladmaster Global Pinoy Market, graced the occasion with their presence. Pamela Ferry, Senior Vice President of Saladmaster Dragon Division, and Claire Duke, Division Manager of Saladmaster Dragon Division, added depth to the discussions, while Nannette Jamilarin, Sales Director for the ASEAN Region, set the tone with performance highlights for 2023.
Jamilarin’s address underscored the remarkable growth of 58% in the ASEAN Region in 2023, positioning it as the #1 growth market globally for Saladmaster. With 18% of the worldwide business emanating from the ASEAN Region, the call for a broader vision of success and growth for 2024 resonated throughout the event. President Ayo emphasized the importance of team building, leadership training, and the transformative power of belief, encapsulated in the theme of the year: Believe in Better.
The Gala Night event provided a platform to honor outstanding achievements, with several dealerships receiving prestigious awards. Among them, THGTCI stood tall, clinching two accolades: 5th place in the Top Senior Dealer category for 2023 and the esteemed Million Dollar Club award for achieving 8500 SPV backed by $300,000 USD in total purchases from January 1 to December 2023.
Noteworthy tributes flowed during the evening, as dealers acknowledged the pivotal role of Mr. Willie Salvatierra, the trailblazer who ignited Saladmaster’s journey in the Philippines. Ms. Anilyn S. Fritz, daughter and current President and CEO of THGTCI, graciously accepted the acknowledgments on behalf of her father’s legacy.
The second day of the event focused on distributor and team leader meetings, centering on the transformative shift in mindset encapsulated by the 2024 theme: Believe in Better. THGTCI continued to shine, clinching the 1st and 3rd place for the 2024 Vision Board design, with Ms. Pinky De Jesus and Ms. Mel Devnani being the proud recipients.
